Looking for Saudi O&M (Operations and Maintenance)Engineer,
main duties are :
– Answer customer trouble tickets and phone calls 24/7 for technical support and visit project sites to
do level2 troubleshooting.
– Carry out troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to eliminate
breakdowns and their recurrence for GSM BTS, COW , VSAT and other equipment supplied under
the solution to customer.
– Carry out comprehensive operations & maintenance activities such as fault monitoring & handling,
etc.
– Carry out PM and quality inspections
.
– Monitor and control maintenance costs and scope as per the customer agreement .
– Periodic update on maintenance activities.
– Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Knowledge needed in:
– RF, GSM
– VSAT
– Routing and switching
– SDH/ MPLS transmission
