Hiring – QA QC Engineer / Inspector for Centrifugal Pumps / Rotating Equipment’s with aftermarket experience.
The candidate must have extensive and thorough knowledge of the API and Non API centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment’s used in various industries such as Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Process plants, Manufacturing, construction and leisure industries.
S/he must have a technical qualification preferably a diploma or degree in engineering with a relevant work experience in similar organization for at least 6 to 8 years
Key responsibilities.
Ø Review and Update QMS Manual, Procedures and Perform audits of third party suppliers and manage customer audits.
Ø Prepare, maintain and review of routine and non routine job related and equipment related documentation (As found reports, As Built reports, inspection reports, Certificate of Conformity, NDE Reports, Hardness Reports, Pressure Test Reports,etc…),and ensuring the documents are up to date for any kind of external audit.
Ø Review of MTC and ensure up to date calibration for all instruments.
Ø Assist production in design clarification and material selection
Ø Review of Traveler for the day to day jobs to ensure customer requirements are met.
